William A. White IV, of counsel with Meland Budwick, P.A., concentrates his practice on real estate, corporate, and general transactional law.

William advises developers and tenants in the commercial real estate industry, particularly in lease negotiations, construction agreements, financing, purchase and sale agreements, and on general real estate law. He also advises clients on matters related to general business operations, derivatives agreements, and in developing compliance and risk-management programs.

In addition to his real estate and corporate practices, William is experienced in negotiating and preparing the documents for equine transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, William served as in-house counsel for a general contractor with operations in Florida, West Africa, and the Caribbean, as in-house counsel for a South Florida based development company, and as business affairs counsel for a commercial landlord with properties throughout the South East and Midwest.
